Expert at sales and marketing in the microcontroller and semiconductor industry, Aaron Grassian works in Channel Marketing and Business Development at Texas Instruments in Austin, Texas. Aaron Grassian’s current responsibilities center on growing MCU socket identification, design wins, and revenue; he is also focused on growing and managing the MCU Developer Program.

Previously, Aaron Grassian served as Director of Asia Pacific Sales at Luminary Micro, also in Austin. Having built Luminary Micro’s Asia Pacific distribution network into a team of 16 distributors, Aaron Grassian was responsible for the introduction of Luminary Micro’s 32-bit ARM Cortex M3 microcontroller products to Asia. After three years at Luminary Micro, Aaron Grassian saw the company prepared for sale to Texas Instruments.

Immediately before he came to Luminary Micro, Aaron Grassian held the position of Marketing Director of Multimedia Platforms at SigmaTel. In addition, as the Director of Global Distribution for SigmaTel in Hong Kong, Aaron Grassian successfully managed its $185 million global distribution network from 2005 to 2006.

Aaron Grassian is a distinguished graduate of the University of Florida, Gainesville, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Physics. In his leisure moments, Aaron Grassian pursues strong interests in music and technology.
