Adam Mermelstein serves as a Managing Member of TreeTop Development, LLC, an urban development company operating in the New York metropolitan area. Experienced in the real estate market, he uses this knowledge to develop old and new properties that stand out from their counterparts.

Over the course of his career, Adam Mermelstein has managed the construction and renovation of countless New York metropolitan area residential properties. He has owned 2,000 units across New Jersey and New York, achieving impressive results in the acquisition and management of buildings, including expense reduction, revenue increases, and efficient operation. Mermelstein specializes in purchasing mismanaged properties and turning them around, increasing profit, aesthetics, and tenant satisfaction.

Before joining TreeTop Development, Adam Mermelstein worked as a principal elsewhere, purchasing and developing 20-50 unit apartment buildings. By working closely with his holdings, which included daily visits to the buildings and strong relationships with the tenants, he earned recognition as a skilled and rising professional in the real estate business.

Outside of his work in real estate, Adam Mermelstein supports a number of community organizations and charity groups with a presence in the region. He has a particular interest in programs such as Toys for Tots, Integrity House, and The Salvation Army. Mermelstein also supports the Rofeh Cholim Cancer Society, serving on the organization’s executive board. He involves himself with a number of schools, including his alma mater and the schools of his children.

At home, Adam Mermelstein enjoys spending time with his four children, playing and studying golf, and reading.
