    Numerous techniques for teeth whitening exist. To determine which process will work best for your teeth, you may want to do some research first. You can whiten your teeth at home using a kit you buy at the grocery store or pharmacy. You can visit a dentist and have him or her use one of many chairside techniques to whiten your teeth. Or you can undergo the BriteSmile treatment, which lasts about an hour.
