Afzal has 2+ years of experience in human resources, training, organization development, consulting, facilitating, education, counseling, and coaching. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development. He has been a high achiever throughout his academic career and same level of commitment and zeal is reflected in his professional life as well.

Education:

Blending the business knowledge gained during his Masters with his background in Human Resource Management, Afzal is currently researching to explore new ways to infuse a stronger sense of work ethic in the corporate culture through continuous learning. He regularly attends courses and trainings both locally and abroad to enrich his own pool of knowledge. He also participated in YLC [Young leaders conference] 2005 and is a certified trainer, having qualified the rigorous ‘Train the Trainer’ program. He is currently working at Marriott and aspires to continue his professional career in Human Resource Management.
