Allen Serfas, Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), President and Co-Founder

Allen is Co-Founder and President of Assistance Home Care and a national member of the Companion Connection Senior Care organization. Allen graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Iowa. Allen enjoyed a 20+ year career and executive management experience as Vice-President with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a leader in the car and truck rental industry. Allen thrived in Enterprise’s entrepreneurial and customer service focused environnment helping the company open up new locations, expand new territories along with pioneering their newest operating division. Allen supported the growth and success of Enterprise’s Commercial Truck Division from it’s beginning in 1999 to over 10,000 trucks in fleet serving over 85 major markets across the country. Allen served the industry as Chairman of the Board for the Truck Rental and Leasing Association. Allen’s commitment to customer service, exceeding customer’s expectations and his commitment to employee development were the key ingredients to his success at Enterprise. These key ingredients are at the heart of the foundation of Assistance Home Care. Allen is actively involved with his wife supporting the Alzheimer’s Association and the United Way.
