2011 Vanderbilt University MBA Graduate | Amrita Dutta-GuptaRoswell, GeorgiaAmrita Dutta-Gupta, a marketing strategy professional, supports a number of charitable organizations, such as The American Cancer Society, Red Cross, and the Delta Gamma Foundation. Dutta-Gupta also engages in community service efforts at Nashville’s Oasis Center. In 2011, Amrita Dutta-Gupta was awarded the Flournoy A. Coles Jr. Prize for her exceptional performance in international management studies at Vanderbilt University, where she earned her MBA. Amrita Dutta-Gupta’s higher education began at Vanderbilt University in 1999, where she set to work earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. In the process, she spent time studying in London, where she focused her efforts on international trade and finance. At Vanderbilt, she served as a Teaching Assistant in the International Studies in London program, oversaw the university’s Homecoming Week events as the Homecoming Committee Chair, and was active in her sorority, as well as Habitat for Humanity and other organizations. In 2009, Amrita Dutta-Gupta returned to Vanderbilt University to pursue her MBA. In 2010, she traveled to Vienna, where she took a course on the business environment of Central and Eastern Europe at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.
