Amy Hayes is Pro Boxing’s first female Ring announcer! Born and raised in Detroit, Hayes moved to Lexington, Kentucky in 2001. It was then, she signed and exclusive agreement to be the Ring announcer on, Fox Sport’s Nets “sunday Night Fight’s ” series. Where she remained for four seasons.

Hayes was asked to pose for the University of Kentucky Hockey Poster (2004) “I now am officially a part of Kentucky” Hayes said. Her family (both Sides) hail from Floyd County, Kentucky in the Appalachian Mountain range.

Amy Hayes has had a vibrant career as a broadcaster, model, spokesperson and sometimes actress. Hayes is a graduate of “Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts” near Detroit. Hayes continues to pursue her career in broadcasting and is currently traveling with Championship Auto Shows.

In December of 2007 Amy announced a fight at the historic Araneta Coliseum in Manila, Philippines, home of the “Thrilla in Manila”. The card was broadcast live on ABC Manila and on netvision via the world wide web. As usual the knockout Ring announcer with the smooth delivery is working on new projects. Recently divorced she is focusing on her career a little wiser and even tougher then ever before.
