About Andrew Stolper

For the past 10 years, Andrew Stolper has held a variety of legal positions and currently serves as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California. Commanding a strong academic and professional track record, Andrew Stolper laid the foundations for his career as an undergraduate at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. From 1992 through 1996, Andrew Stolper studied a wide range of subjects at the George Washington University, ultimately declaring a double-major in History and Political Science. During this time, Andrew Stolper enriched his educational experience at the University of Sydney as an intern for the New South Wales Minister of Multicultural and Ethnic Affairs. In addition, Andrew Stolper spent a semester abroad in Grenoble, France, studying French Language and History at the Centre Universitaire d’tudes Franaises. Following receipt of his Bachelor of Arts degree from the George Washington University in June 1996, Andrew Stolper moved to Los Angeles, California, to enroll at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

Over the course of his three years at USC Law School, Andrew Stolper continued his steadfast commitment to academic achievement, joining the Southern California Law Review, winning election to the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, and maintaining an exceptional GPA. In June 1998, Andrew Stolper became the first student from USC Law School to earn a summer associate position with major New York law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. Offered full-time employment through Skadden Arps at the end of his associateship, Andrew Stolper returned to USC Law School, where he graduated Order of the Coif in May 1999. From there, Andrew Stolper took and passed the California State Bar Examination and launched his career as an Associate at Irell & Manella LLP in Century City, California. Andrew Stolper joined the United States Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney in April 2002.
