As the president and CEO of Bay Tree Government Services LLC., Anne Hosford contributes her experience in the environment and energy sectors to help small and medium-sized businesses position themselves and formulate strategies for the future. Bay Tree Government Services is a strategic government, public, and media affairs consulting firm, connecting well-seasoned professionals with clients who may be unfamiliar with such associations. Bay Tree’s ability to forge relationships and experience with Congressional offices and Federal agencies can be attributed in no small part to Anne Hosford’s years of experience. For twenty years, Hosford has had senior-level experience in Congressional/Governmental relations. She has held positions as a Manager of Coalition and Issues Management at the Nuclear Energy Institute based out of Washington, DC and also served as Director of Government Affairs at Babcock and Wilcox. Anne Hosford was also previously Director of Federal Relations at Tetra Tech Inc. (formerly Foster Wheeler Environmental Corp), based in Fall Church, VA.
Ms. Hosford’s communication skills are excellent, having studied journalism and English during her time at Indiana University, in Bloomington, Indiana. It should come as no surprise, then, that before joining Bay Tree she had produced television and radio programs, in addition to contributing writing to newspapers and public information and relations for the Department of Energy. Anne Hosford brings her distinctive blend of skills in Public Affairs, Marketing, Media/Public Relations, and Business Proposal Assessments to Bay Tree.
Ms. Anne Hosford resides in Falls Church, VA, where she is the Market Manager of the Fairfax County Wakefield Farmers Market. When she has a spare moment, she likes to swim, garden, ride her bicycle, and write.
