Kansas City, Missouri, resident Anthony Callura enjoys spending time with his family and is an active contributor to the community through Habitat for Humanity, KaBOOM!, Ozarks Food Harvest, and Joplin Tornado Relief Services. Mr. Callura arrived in Kansas City in 2006 to assume his new role as a District Manager for White Cap Construction Supply, Inc., a position in which he continues to bear responsibility for the management of Sales and Operations. As such, profit and loss, total sales revenue, and operational efficiencies are the foci of his action plans and managerial efforts. Having found success as the lead of Sales and at creating efficiencies in the operation of the district’s stores, Anthony Callura’s efforts contributed to increased earnings during each of his five full years as the District Manager.

Before joining White Cap, Anthony Callura gained invaluable construction supply experience as a Division Manager for Keystone Builders Supply, a subsidiary of Allied Building Products Corp. Based just outside of Syracuse, New York, this position required store-level management of Sales and Operations. While providing it, Anthony Callura increased gross profit by 15% to 20% annually, leading the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce to recognize the company as an Economic Champion.

Earlier in his career, Anthony Callura spent six years in the United States Marine Corps’ 8th Tank Battalion, Bravo Company. During this time, he earned an Associate in Math and Science from Onondaga Community College. He made the dean’s list all four semesters and finished with a 3.5 grade point average. Although he entered the construction supply business, Mr. Callura also earned his Surgical Technology Certificate from the school.
