Anthony Kirincic’s primary responsibility is to establish a national sales channel that will employ the company’s custom energy conservation systems proven to reduce electrical consumption and decrease greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, Anthony Kirincic coordinates the development of a turnkey project that is fully guaranteed and total payback of all projects is guaranteed with insurance coverage. Anthony Kirincic plays an instrumental role in helping the company expand its geographic coverage into regions such as California, New York, Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Anthony Kirincic also serves as President for Dalto Corp., a corporate strategy consulting firm.
Anthony Kirincic graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1982. Majoring in finance and accounting, Anthony Kirincic also held a minor in political science and English. Furthering his education at Hofstra University, Anthony Kirincic graduated with a Master of Business Administration in 1984 with a specialty in Investments and International Trade. After completing his studies, Anthony Kirincic joined the regulatory arm of NASDAQ, undertaking his professional career as an Options Analyst. Quickly gaining significant experience with arbitrage, option trading strategies, and hedge funds, Anthony Kirincic was motivated to establish his own financial services business in October 1987. Anthony Kiricic's start-up company grew from a two-person operation to a full service brokerage firm with eight branch offices, 400 employees across the country, and more than 100,000 customer accounts with assets of $2 billion. That company went public in 1995 and annual revenues grew to more than $40 million.
As President and Director, Anthony Kirincic was integral in securing numerous mergers and acquisitions. Subsidiary companies included Greenleaf Management Corp., ParentNet, Princeton Securities, and VentureHighway.com.
