An investment management professional in the Greater New York City Area, Ari Glass serves as Managing Member of Boothbay Family Office Management, LLC. Mr. Glass began in his career in the mid-1990s with Prudential Securities, Inc., and Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. Subsequently, he began working in the hedge fund arena, with Vector Capital Management in Norwalk, Connecticut. The firm utilized a statistical arbitrage approach, striving to benefit from minute changes in securities? values.

In fall 2000, Ari Glass assumed his first leadership role when he became Chief Operating Officer of Intrepid Capital Management, Inc. The $2.5 billion hedge fund began as part of Tiger Management Corporation and received early capital from Soros Fund Management. During Mr. Glass? tenure, he increased Intrepid?s funding by nearly $2 billion, in addition to holding responsibility for marketing and operations. In 2004, he led the formation of Intrepid Associates, LLC, which served as a way to bring on new investment talent.

Ari Glass became President of Platinum Management (NY) LLC in March 2007. He devoted two years to leading this $750 million hedge fund, which employed an approach utilizing multiple managers and strategies. The Fund won various awards during his tenure. While there, he held responsibility for risk management and asset allocation, among other areas.

Ari Glass then assumed the reins of Paine Heights Management LLC, a spin-off of Platinum Management. Under Mr. Glass? leadership, Paine Heights? team identified specific investment opportunities, such as life settlements and bankruptcy trade claims. In addition, he initiated the Paine Heights Special Opportunities Fund LP to pursue investments in special-purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), organizations which make initial public stock offerings with the goal of buying other entities using the money raised. Separately, in 2011, Paine Heights facilitated a major solar energy investment in New Jersey.
