About Aroldo De Rienzo

An entrepreneur and business executive with more than 30 years of relevant experience, Aroldo de Rienzo currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of QB Industrias SA de CV in Mexico City. Born and raised in Mexico, Aroldo de Rienzo gained entry to Universidad Anáhuac in México City following his graduation from high school. He pursued a wide range of undergraduate studies, ultimately declaring his major in Industrial Engineering. Upon receiving his undergraduate degree from Universidad Anáhuac in 1975, Aroldo de Rienzo chose to continue his studies in Engineering at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. The following year, Aroldo de Rienzo earned his degree in Engineering and soon moved to Boston, Massachusetts, to accept an invitation to attend the Harvard Business School. In 1979, Aroldo de Rienzo attended all the above mentioned universities on academic scholarships. Aroldo de Rienzo graduated from with his M.B.A. and launched his career in business management.

Building his experience, Aroldo de Rienzo eventually became CEO and Chairman of QB Industrias SA de CV, where he holds oversight for various wholly owned subsidiaries, including Industrial Quimica de Mexico SA de CV, QB Quimicos de Mexico SA de CV, Quimic SA de CV, and QB Industries Inc. as well as Alkemin, S. de R.L. de CV, an unincorporated company managed by Q.B. Industries. With operations in five Mexican locations, publicly traded QB Industrias SA de CV has flourished under the careful stewardship of Aroldo de Rienzo and continues to expand its presence in the flexible packaging, manufacturing, and chemicals industries.
