Aspen Kuhlman joined NAI Alliance in June 2008 as a Marketing Specialist for the Multi-Family Group. Aspen’s responsibilities include marketing strategy determination and collateral production for all property listings as well as team marketing, in which she manages the team’s communications through market specific newsletters, quarterly reports, and press releases. She is also involved in market research, due diligence coordination, and business development.

Motivated to help small businesses organize, Aspen ran her own company as an Efficiency Consultant traveling between Reno and San Diego. With a desire to settle down in Reno, her home of more than 20 years, she transitioned into real estate and spent three and a half years with CB Richard Ellis as a Client Services Specialist for the Multi-Housing Group.

Aspen holds an active Nevada Real Estate Sales License, allowing her to show properties and discuss marketing information with clients.
