Aycan Demirhan grew up in Turkey, and was an exchange student with a school in Wisconsin of all places. At University, she studied economics and psychology, and then she started out her career at Credit Suisse working as an M&A analyst in investment banking. After rocking that for a couple years, she dove into private equity with Lightyear Capital. Deciding that an MBA was her next step, Aycan attended Harvard Business School. She is currently working in online media with LexusNexis.
