Goldenfarb

An arts advocate with a 30-year history of supporting her local community, Barbara Goldenfarb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Currently, Barbara Goldenfarb works as a real estate broker and is affiliated with Ram Management Company as a design consultant. Under the leadership of Governor John R. McKernan Junior, Barbara Goldenfarb served on the Maine Film Commission from 1988 until 1990. In addition, Barbara Goldenfarb served as a trustee for the Maine College of Art from 1988 until 1993. Barbara Goldenfarb aided in the foundation of the Charles E. Culpeper Scholarship, which supports underprivileged and gifted students who attend the Maine College of Art. Barbara Goldenfarb has also participated in film projects at the Maine College of Art and helped organize a film premier at Nickelodeon Cinemas. Barbara Goldenfarb also works as an instructor with Zumba International, and she has won several tennis competitions, including the 2006 Division 2 Mixed Doubles championship and the 2010 Fisher Island Florida Ladies Doubles. Barbara Goldenfarb also placed as a finalist in the 2008 and 2009 Division 2 Ladies Doubles competitions. As a broker, Barbara Goldenfarb is associated with Pack Maynard & Associates Real Estate. Barbara Goldenfarb enjoys photography in her spare time, and she and her husband were mentioned in Linda Richman’s 2001 bestseller, I’d Rather Laugh: How to Be Happy Even When Life Has Other Plans for You.
