Entrepreneur and investor Bosch has established a strong presence in various markets with his company, the Group. As the principal operations manager for this family-owned business, Bosch oversees initiatives that come through the Group’s offices. In just seven years, Bosch has grown the Sales division into the largest real estate brokerage company in the Netherlands. Bosch represents several retail, physical, and market share assets throughout the region. Recently, Bosch conducted successful investments in retail real estate, including his successful buyout of VastNed’s retail assets in the Netherlands and Belgium. With this purchase, Bosch took control of this publicly traded company on the Dutch Stock Exchange. Bosch also gained 41.3 percent of Swiss Züblin on the Swiss Stock Exchange. Under Bosch’s leadership, the Group led the successful sale of the Golden Tulip Hotel Chain to a parent company. Bosch forged a deal with the prominent hotel chain, Krasnapolsky, in a business-growing move. Bosch’s expert handling of Golden Tulip Hotel was noted on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. Bosch achieved his degree in Business from the University, followed by his attendance at Columbia University for his Business MBA. While building his professional business career, Bosch participated in several courses at the international business school and research institution, INSEAD. Bosch’s classes include Strategic Management and a 4-month course. In addition to his native Dutch, Bosch speaks, writes, and understands German, English, and French fluently.
