A financial services professional with more than 10 years of relevant experience, Ben Powell brings an uncommon level of commitment to his work as a Senior Loan Officer at Summit Financial and Investment Group, LLC in the Salt Lake City, Utah, area. Ben Powell also held a position as a Branch Supervisor for Zions Bank in Sandy, Utah, and gained experience in retirement investments as a Senior Retirement Services Specialist at Fidelity Investments during this time. Graduating from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Ben Powell would soon earn a coveted role as an execution services analyst and restricted stock analyst with Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

In his position with Goldman Sachs, Ben Powell handled trades for clients based in the United States and Asia and gained his Series 7 and Series 63 licensure as a stock broker. Ben Powell divided his time between Goldman Sachs and graduate school at Brigham Young University, where he earned a Master of Business Administration at the top of his class. Since July 2005, Ben Powell has served as a Senior Loan Officer at Summit Financial and Investment Group, LLC, and he currently focuses his attention on commercial real estate transactions.
