Director of Faculty and Training with MRxI Corporation & Kushan LLC

Law expert and education administrator Ben Wilcox has served as Director of Faculty Training and Development of MRxI Corporation and Kushan, LLC since 2006. In this role, Ben Wilcox has provided leadership to 200 faculty and staff members around the country, focusing on the performance ratings of technical career programs at 15 community colleges. Ben Wilcox also develops faculty trainings both online and through live conferences, ensuring the continued improvement and development of various programs. Prior to joining MRxI Corporation and Kushan, LLC, Ben Wilcox served as Dean of Law and Legal Studies at Kaplan University. As Dean, Ben Wilcox developed and instructed a variety of legal courses for Kaplan, including business law, international law, legal research, civil litigation, and workers’ compensation. In addition to his responsibilities as an instructor with Kaplan, Ben Wilcox also took on the duties of hiring and managing several high-ranking administrators, including the Kaplan Assistant Dean of Curriculum, the Kaplan Assistant Dean of Faculty, the Kaplan Operations Manager, and the Kaplan Academic Department Chairs. In addition to his experience with MRxI Corporation, Kushan, LLC, and Kaplan University, Ben Wilcox also previously acted as Director of MBA Programs with Texas Women’s University in Denton, Texas. For four years, Ben Wilcox developed and instructed courses for the Executive MBA program, for which he created original curricula based on schedules, study guides, and book selections. Ben Wilcox also provided mentoring and guidance for more than 300 graduate MBA students, enabling them to achieve their professional and academic goals. Ben Wilcox earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Oklahoma State University. Following his graduation, Ben Wilcox entered Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor. While studying full time for his law degree, Ben Wilcox financed his education through work as a paralegal, law clerk, and legal assistant. Before entering into the education system as a professional, Ben Wilcox practiced law for several years throughout Oklahoma and Texas. An active member of his Chicago community, Ben Wilcox regularly supports local church ministries. Ben Wilcox has also performed thousands of hours of pro-bono legal work for churches, homeless shelters, and community service organizations.
