After completing his studies at Suffolk University, Bernard Wolfsdorf has devoted his life to improving immigration laws. An immigrant himself, he came to this country seeking political asylum. His own experiences have greatly inspired Mr. Wolfsdorf’s personal interest in defending the rights of U.S. immigrants coming from all over the world. His wife is also an immigrant, which only deepens his desire to improve the lives of these individuals through the practice of law.

Bernard Wolfsdorf began his career in the 1980s in Los Angeles, working at two major firms before opening Wolfsdorf Immigration Law Group. Since then, his practice has grown into one of the most successful immigration law firms in the world, with bases in New York and Los Angeles. Seventeen attorneys work for Wolfsdorf Immigration Law Group, many of them highly acclaimed and award winning, including six who were named as International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers nominees.

Bernard Wolfsdorf is a competent and highly experienced California Board-certified attorney. The former President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), he also received AILA’s Service Excellence Award for his extensive pro bono hours. Bernard Wolfsdorf was recognized as one of the top 10 immigration lawyers by Human Resource Executive magazine, and is listed as an AV Preeminent in the Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Ratings directory.
