William Ehrlichman is the Principal and owner of Terrathena, a custom tile, cast stone, and metal artwork company based in Three Rivers, California. William Ehrlichman has led a varied and exciting career that has taken him around the world and inspired his unique designs. Terrathena takes its name from a combination of “Terra,” or earth, and “Athena,” the Greek goddess of crafts. Since 1995, William Ehrlichman has overseen the creation of custom earthenware, metal, and glass projects that are both beautiful and functional. Terrathena specializes in fireplaces, mantles, mirrors, pavers, planters, sinks, tiles, and wall hangings. Made from bronze, copper, iron, or stone, or a combination of materials, William Ehrlichman’s fireplaces invoke a sense of the ancient and the contemporary. Drawing on both Eastern and Western influences, William Ehrlichman’s modernized designs fit with the décor of any home. Terrathena also makes a variety of windows, doors, fountains, and backsplashes and will customize a variety of fixtures to suit any milieu. William Ehrlichman’s inspirations come from his travels around the world. William Ehrlichman has a background in the visual arts, and he is the founder of a Vedic art school near Florence, Italy. A seasoned world traveler, William Ehrlichman has voyaged across Europe, Africa, and Asia. William Ehrlichman also spent 15 years studying yoga and sacred architecture in India.
