Brad S. Kuskin is a successful real estate entrepreneur.New York, New YorkBrad S. Kuskin started Kravetz Realty Group out of the second bedroom of his New York City home in 2004. The company focused on finding properties that matched a client’s individual needs and personal objectives. After locating a suitable property, Brad Kuskin arranged financing, accounting, and legal services and managed all other aspects needed to broker the deal for his customers. By handling these matters, the firm eliminated much of the stress and burden associated with finalizing a real estate transaction by minimizing his clients’ active involvement in the process. Kravetz Realty specialized in the acquisition of large apartment complexes, shopping centers, and office buildings located across the country. Brad Kuskin personally oversaw every aspect in the building of his company and handled everything from IT and human resources to personally addressing each client’s needs. By April 2009, Mr. Kuskin’s firm managed over 22,000 apartments, 2,500 condominiums, and roughly 60 shopping centers and office buildings. The business also worked on several large development projects that ranged between $125 million and $600 million in development costs. As the development side of the business diminished with the downturn in the economy, Mr. Kuskin sold the property management portion of the company to a New York hedge fund. While away from work, Brad Kuskin enjoys skiing, boating, snowboarding, and fishing. A patron of the arts, he has contributed to the work of local Palm Beach, Florida, artist Jefro.
