-Nuclear plant construction cost issues
-Litigation before the FERC involving allegations of market fraud
-NERC reliability standards and compliance
-Requests for rehearing and clarification before the FERC
-Advice and counsel regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
-Negotiation of power purchase agreements with respect to capacity, energy, and/or renewable resources
