Creative, ambitious, and multitalented, Brian Howard has had a variety of rich experiences that have made him into the person he is today.

Born in 1988 in Knoxville, Tennessee, he grew up to attend Pellissippi State Community College where he was exposed to a vast array of topics including mathematics, physics, biology, business, hospitality, and restaurant management. Yet, it was his restaurant management and hospitality courses that really piqued his interest and led him to a successful career working with catering companies.

In 2008, he began working for Touch of Love Catering where he developed a passion for culinary arts and entrepreneurship. In 2011, he started a small business, Lost Peak, which specialized in providing graphic design and marketing solutions to businesses in the Knoxville area. He became known for his creative marketing techniques and expertise in online communication.

Although he excelled in business, Brian couldn’t help but pursue his love for culinary arts, which developed after working in the catering business. In 2011, he attended the Culinary Institute at the University of Tennessee where he studied culinary arts. He quickly became an integral part of the Culinary Institute where he was active in school events and the alumni association.

Brian is now furthering his education by pursuing a degree in mechanical and industrial engineering at Tennessee Tech University. He hopes to continue his focus on engineering while still developing his skills as a chef and entrepreneur.
