A licensed real estate broker in Colorado as well, Brice W. Head splits his time between the cities and continues to maintain the professional standards he established in Los Angeles.
Brice W. Head graduated from Santa Clara University with a major in psychology and a minor in German studies. After obtaining his degree, he spent a year abroad, working for Biomet International in Berlin, and then he enrolled at the University of Southern California. At the Los Angeles institution, Brice Head received his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Management. Since then, he has become an Apartment Authority, licensed as a real estate agent in California and a broker in Colorado. Dividing his time between Greater Denver and the South Bay of Los Angeles, Mr. Head works with the firms of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC, and RE/MAX Commercial Investment Reality, Inc., selling multifamily assets and occasionally other commercial asset classes. Prior to joining the real estate field, Brice Head served as a financial planner for five years in Los Angeles. Since Brice W. Head entered the market in 2002, he has successfully participated in nearly 200 closings. Over the past decade, his employers have awarded him three National Achievement Awards, a Chairman’s Club Award, and a Diamond Club Award due to his expertise and client satisfaction. Mr. Head also has earned a Platinum Award from RE/MAX Commercial Investment Reality, Inc. for every year since 2006. In 2008, that company inducted him into its Commercial Hall of Fame. When not traveling between Denver and Los Angeles, Brice W. Head coaches youth soccer, skis, boxes, and spends time with his family. He also donates to Goodwill Industries International, Inc., and The Manhattan Beach Education Foundation.
