Mr. Reichel has vast International and US experience as both an executive and as an executive consultant.

First educated as a Civil Engineer from The Citadel and later as an MBA, Mr. Reichel managed multimillion-dollar construction projects around the world. Early in his engineering career, Mr. Reichel’s management talents were recognized by a newly formed Project Management company that had recently introduced the first on-site project management system where he was the senior account manager and later ran the company’s Middle East Operations and their South Eastern US business until the company was sold for $127 million.
Shortly afterwards, Mr. Reichel, was asked by the owner of a high tech company in Atlanta to take over as the President and COO. The company quickly regained its profitability and increased its productivity more than 300% with the same number of employees.

Mr. Reichel was then called upon to consult the owners and chief executives of numerous companies of all sizes. In 1992 he was asked to go to Russia and assist that country in making the transition to a market economy where he worked with hundreds of companies and entrepreneurs successfully establishing new businesses or reforming existing enterprises to cope with a complete change in their method of operations.
