Burr Datz is currently the Director of Leadership Development at Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA. Burr graduated from W&L in 1975 and returned to 1977 to begin what would be a long career with the institution, where he would hold various positions in Food Service, Security, Campus Life, and now Leadership Development.

Burr is an avid golfer and musician and has been a favorite friend, mentor, and storyteller among the W&L student community.
