Carl Rheuban is the Founding Partner and Managing Director of Rheuban Partners, an energy advising and real estate firm in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Rheuban has been a leader in the real estate field for nearly 40 years. Mr. Rheuban also recognizes the critical importance that a sound, sustainable energy policy has for companies of all sizes, and he and his associates strive to impart their years of expertise in the energy advising field to help their clients achieve their energy optimization objectives.

Carl Rheuban also advises companies on torrefaction processing as Chief Operating Officer of KeyFlame Energy Advisers, a leading green energy consulting firm. While there, Carl Rheuban taught courses in Partnership Law and Tax and was the Founding Chairman of the Dean’s Circle at Southwestern University. Mr. Chance was found innocent; his conviction was overturned; and he was awarded $5 million, the largest personal injury settlement in the history of Los Angeles.

An avid outdoorsman, Carl Rheuban also enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and five children. Mr. Rheuban has been performing magic since he was five years old, and he is a Lifetime Member of the Academy of Magical Arts and Sciences, as well as a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians.
