Carrie Blair graduated from Johnson Central High School in Paintsville, Kentucky. Afterwards, she received her B.A. from Georgetown College, her M.A. from East Carolina University, and her PhD from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She spends her days teaching college students the difference between management and leadership. She likes eating in new restaurants and going on long runs.
