Freelance Software Engineer
Carter Parks began toying with computers at the young age of 7 years old and they’ve been his love and passion ever since. He began developing web pages in 1996 and eventually begin working in PHP to develop community driven freeskiing site, jibbing.com. He eventually took his love for programming to the desktop and began working with C++ and Java. In Spring of 2006 he discovered his newest love, Ruby on Rails and has been programming in this remarkably elegant language ever since.
