Cassandra Grafstrom is a 4th year Ph.D. candidate in the University of Michigan’s Department of Political Science. Her main areas of interest economic voting, economic institutions, institutional change, and monetary policy. She has also conducted research in the fields of neutrality policy in Sweden as well as European Union security.
