A longtime business executive and entrepreneur, Charles Nisivoccia brings more than 20 years of relevant experience to his work as President of CWC Builders in Clifton, New Jersey. After high school, Charles Nisivoccia gained admission to Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, where he spent four years studying an array of topics in business, economics, and other subjects. Declaring his major in Finance at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Charles Nisivoccia assembled a number of related study groups to share knowledge and learn from fellow undergraduates. As a result of his strong performance at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Charles Nisivoccia graduated magna cum laude in May 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Following graduation from college, Charles Nisivoccia spent the next 10 years building his managerial experience at various companies in New Jersey and elsewhere. At the culmination of this period, Charles Nisivoccia ascended to the rank of President at CWC Builders, where he has remained since January 2001. In his role with CWC Builders, Charles Nisivoccia has orchestrated sweeping improvements across all company verticals and grown the company’s market share as a provider of rental properties, general contracting, maintenance, and many other services. A highly proactive member of the executive team at CWC Builders, Charles Nisivoccia has consistently increased property acquisitions and sales each year. A resident of Clifton, Charles Nisivoccia works with individuals and businesses across the state of New Jersey and beyond.
