Charlie Strout has over ten years of online development and advertising experience, including founding and running the boutique Internet development company Seven Shadow LLC.

In addition to providing consulting services, Seven Shadow develops and maintains the Elisabeth Portal, an enterprise content management and online community portal application. Local Fork uses Elisabeth as its underlying technology.

Before founding Seven Shadow, he was the Director of Production at UGO Networks, Inc. At UGO, he managed all in-house development and gained extensive experience with managing online advertising campaigns.
