United States Army Sergeant Charles Stypick earned a degree in political science from Niagara University in 2004, and he is currently employed as Master Files Associate with Purdue Pharma L.P. in Stamford, Connecticut.

In 2001, Charlie Stypick joined the United States Army. As a member of the Army for the past 10 years, Mr. Stypick has held duties that have included the design and organization of training events, maintenance of supplies, and evaluation of soldiers under his supervision. Charlie Stypick earned the rank of Sergeant, and in 2010 he served in Afghanistan as leader of an intelligence team.

Charlie Stypick enrolled in criminal justice courses at Jamestown Community College before completing his Bachelor of Arts at Niagara University in Niagara Falls, New York. After earning his degree, he put his talents to work for Citigroup Inc., working first as an Operations Clerk, processing customers’ wire transfer requests and running reconcilement reports. He later advanced to Intermediate Operations Representative, providing support for transaction processing and other departments as needed, conducting research, and providing solutions for reducing errors and ensuring adherence to the company’s audit and control policies.

In 2007, Charlie Stypick left Citigroup for a position with Purdue Pharma. For a year, he worked as an Imaging Processor, running weekly invoice reports, working with vendors, and serving as the backup Check Distribution Coordinator. After that first year, Purdue Pharma promoted Charlie Stypick to the position he currently holds. As Master Files Associate, Mr. Stypick monitors data, audits payments, and routinely examines the company’s travel and expense payments.
