Improving access to malaria diagnosis and treatment in CambodiaPhnom Penh, CambodiaCharlotte began her career in development in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where she spent a year working for a local non-profit helping to expand their educational and vocational training programs for women and children. Charlotte moved to New Delhi, India in 2003 to work with a local NGO where she helped improve social services for trafficked women and children. During her time in India, Charlotte also had the opportunity to participate in the resettlement of Burmese and Afghan refugees with UNHCR. In the United States, Charlotte worked at Boat People SOS as Case Manager with the Victims of Exploitation and Trafficking Assistance program from 2005-2007. She provided comprehensive case management assistance to immigrant victims of human trafficking including coordinating health and mental health services, education and shelter. Charlotte graduated from the Masters in Public Health program at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health in May 2008. Shortly after, she joined the Clinton Foundation as the Rural Initiative Program Officer in Papua, Indonesia. Charlotte is currently based in Phnom Penh as the Malaria Program Officer with the Clinton Foundation. Charlotte Dolenz's Schools
