Chera is currently Director of the Institute for Recruitment of Teachers, an outreach program of Phillips Academy. She has a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from the University of Michigan and a B.A. from the University of Virginia. Also a yogi, she is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher.
