Mr. Chesley Paul Rafferty was the first Marketing Director for Perth, Australia based company, “CPR Marketing”. Mr. Rafferty began the company in 2001. His duties included overseeing all aspects that fall under advertising and promotion of the company. Prior to beginning his role with CPR, Mr. Rafferty worked for “Messages On Hold Australia” as the Sales Manager, where he effectively managed ten sales account executives, earning him the Employee of the Year award. Before stepping forth into his career, Mr. Rafferty attended Chisholm Catholic College from 1992 to 1996, where he was highly active and involved in all aspects of the school. He found time alongside his studies to be a member of the Senior Debate Club, and even serve as the one of the Lead Role in the school’s production of the “Wizard of Oz.” Mr. Rafferty was also nominated as Chisholm’s Student Exchange Representative to France. He balanced all this while still finding time to be a part of both Swimming and Hockey teams. Mr. Rafferty also received special recognition in TEE (Tertiary Entrance Examination), where he received the highest external TEE Score in the school for Discrete Math. After High School, Rafferty was accepted to attend Murdoch University. In 1999, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Social Ecology. In 2000, Chesley began at Notre Dame University in Fremantle, where he studied for his Bachelor of Law. Mr. Rafferty devotes his energy and focus on many things aside from solely his professional career. He loves to read, watch movies, and cook, and works out 4-5 times a week. Rafferty is also a generous contributor to “Surf Life Saving Australia”, an organization whose mission is to provide a safe beach and aquatic environments throughout Australia. Each year, SLSA is responsible for savings thousands of lives. You can also often find Mr. Rafferty volunteering and serving meals to the hungry and disadvantaged with the charity kitchen “Manna Industries”.
