Co-Founder of Akkadian PV

Christian Bailey has 15 years of operating and private equity investment experience focused on science and technology companies. He moved to Silicon Valley at the age of 23 as the founder and CEO of Akaru, one of the first Software as a Service companies, subsequently acquired by NewChannel. After that, Christian identified an opportunity to apply Information Technology to meet DOD requirements in the field of PsyOp and Information Operations. To that end, he co-founded Lincoln Group, which he led to become the largest firm in that emerging industry now worth over $200M per annum. After exiting that company, he moved to Boston to focus on investing in science and technology companies. He held a Fellowship at MIT which included studies in molecular biology and materials science, and invested in spinouts from MIT and Harvard. He served as interim CEO for one of those investments, Ligon Discovery, where in one year he closed two strategic deals with large pharmaceutical companies. Christian holds a BA and MA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
