Christian Lazarre is a Montreal-based lawyer and former business consultant. He has completed his professionnal training at the Montreal Bar school in 2010 and is pursuing his in law with a specialization in corporate and commercial law and financing. In may 2009, he joined Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, Canada’s largest national law firm.

In 2005, Christian completed a computer engineering degree at the Université de Sherbrooke, after which he worked as a consultant for two years at CGI Group. He has also completed a bachelor of civil law (equivalent to B.C.L.) and a J.D. in North American common law at the Université de Montréal. Throughout his studies and professional career, Christian was involved in various organizations, notably as President of Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf’s 2001 conventum and more recently as a Vice-President of the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal and ambassador for the Kanpe Foundation. His interest for Asia led him to Malaysia and Singapore for a commercial mission and to China to study Chinese law at the University of Political Science and Law of Beijing.

Christian is currently working as a lawyer in the financial services and corporate commercial groups at BLG.
