Christopher Adalikwu has regularly earned multiple honors and teaching awards throughout his professional life. Since 1995, he has won a Teacher of the Year award, a Best Faculty award, and a community enrichment award. He achieved recognition through a variety of management and administrative leadership positions. Adalikwu has also become a successful author and a distinguished workforce developer.

Christopher Adalikwu launched his teaching career as an instructor of management at Martin Methodist College. Adalikwu set himself apart from his coworkers by starting and maintaining a business advisory board, as well as creating internship and recruiting plans. In January 2000, he advanced to Professor and Chair of the Division of Business and Computer Information at Concordia College. Adalikwu sharpened his teaching and consulting skills and soon gained a position as Dean of the College of Business at Columbia Southern University in 2007.

Christopher Adalikwu has built management and leadership networks as a member of the American Management Association and the Association of International Education Administrators. Gaining professional experience as an administrator, Adalikwu eventually went on to become a College of Business Dean and Professor of Management at Catholic University of America. He currently supervises, develops, and manages faculty in areas of international business, human resources management, and organizational behavior management.

Christopher Adalikwu received his Master of Business Administration at Jackson State University in 1985 and his Doctor of Philosophy at Walden University in 1995. He has made improvements to business and management programs at every university for which he has worked. Apart from his professional life, Adalikwu has developed a variety of interests, including music, travel, sports, and professional and community events.
