Christopher Kirchhoff is currently serving as the lead writer of the History of the Iraq Reconstruction, a report commissioned by the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction. This is his second time to serve as a lead on a major report—from 2003-2005, he worked as the editor of the Investigation Report that considered the Columbia Space Shuttle accident.

Chris is a 2001 graduate of Harvard University and an 2002 graduate of Cambridge University, where he studied as a Gates Cambridge Scholar.
