Provide an estimated delivery date.

References must be for work completed within the last three years. Please include a
description of the project, date of completion, and the name and telephone number
of the individual from the client organization who is familiar with the project.
8. Subcontractors (if applicable)
A list of the names and addresses of all major subcontractors proposed for the work,
together with a description of the work to be done by each subcontractor listed.
9. Additional Information
Any additional information the Contractor wishes to provide, such as diagrams and
drawings (not required).
Section 5: Site Visits
Because the proposed site has space constraints (related to the surrounding
landscape) and distinct features, Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site at
QBG prior to submitting a proposal. Contractors may arrange an inspection of the site
by contacting Sharon Scott, Management Analyst at sscott@cityofencinitas.org to
schedule site visit.
