Clay Keith - New Orleans / Los AngelesClay Keith is proud to call New Orleans home. Clay earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. where his studies focused o Art History, Film, Marketing, and PR. Keith has since turned his interest in the production and marketing of film projects into a career. Following an extensive tour of Europe and North Africa, Clay began his career by working on various film productions. As a Vice President of Development at Remy Productions. Clay Keith oversaw production of 35mm films and marketed them to film festivals worldwide. Later, Keith joined Clear Channel Entertainment, working at the company’s Oak Mountain Amphitheatre, an outdoor venue located in middle of the state that frequently hosts live musical performances. In this role, Keith sought out corporate sponsors and assisted in implementing promotional campaigns for the venue’s concert series. Clay Keith’s promotional responsibilities also included concerts performed at various large, small and midsize venues. While establishing his public relations and marketing career, Clay Keith assisted the nonprofit organization Alabama Moving Image Association, Inc. with advertising sales and venue coordination of its Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival. As Honorary Ambassador to the Cannes Film Festival, Keith represented the City’s interest in expanding the film industry in his Southern home. Clay later worked at the Amphitheatre at the Wharf where he provided IMAG production services for the 10,000 seat amphithatre for touring artists including; Widespread Panic, ZZ Top, Kid Rock, Brooks & Dunn, Taylor Swift, Hank Williams Jr., Willie Nelson, B.B. King, Montgomery Gentry, Lynard Skynard, Poison, Steve Miller Band, Black Crowes, Taylor Hicks, The Allman Brothers Band, Phil Lesh and Friends, Journey, Crosby,Stills and Nash, Alan Jackson. His duties here included Assistant Producing, Assistant Directing and Operating Projectors and Cameras. Clay currently serves as a Vice President / Producer and Director for a digital media company that produces, licenses and distributes archived video content and live HD concert digital films for touring artists and specializes in utilizing social media networks and strategies to promote and distribute exclusive content. Outside of his work, Clay Keith enjoys traveling to foreign counties and across the United States, taking cooking lessons and reading. He counts The Fountainhead, Lanterns on the Levee, and To Kill a Mockingbird among his favorite books. Keith has taken an active role in promoting environmental concerns through charitable organizations such as the Trust for Public Land and the Rain Forest Alliance.
