The popular site has attracted more than 42,000 forum threads, and Clemen Chiang and the staff of 30 employees work continually with a number of prominent brands, including Dior, Clinique, Elizabeth Arden, MasterCard, Chanel, and Burberry. Popular around Asia, CozyCot.com draws users from nine countries and logs more than 28 million unique visitors each month. In light of this success, Chiang and the company recently partnered with JDB Holdings, an investment firm based in Hong Kong.

Clemen Chiang formerly served as the Independent Director of Travelite Holdings Ltd. Based in Singapore, Travelite Holdings provides a wide range of business, travel, and lifestyle merchandise to consumers through department stores, specialty stores, third party retailers, and corporate gift programs in Singapore and Malaysia. The company also distributed goods to several countries, including Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and China.

Clemen Chiang holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering from Nanyang Technological University as well as a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville Currently, Clemen Chiang is studying to complete a PhD in Management from the University of Canberra in Australia.
