Overview
Miro Zecevic is a financial consulting and public relations consultant. I provide consulting services ranging from corporate finance, business expansions, operational matters, mergers acquisitions to companies of various sizes. Although currently I’m a minority partner in a public relations company I started (Mina Mar Group) back in 06, I will consider advisory and or consulting board position with a significant up and coming small cap company.
I have extensive knowledge in macro finance, creative financing, real estate, franchising, and licensing matters. I do follow economic trends however I do not consider myself to be an analyst. I did however manage to catch the real estate boom on the late 80s, the dot com craze of 90’s, and subprime finance of mid 00’s (01- 06) In each of these bubbles I operated a company Boyco Realty ,(real estate) IT company (Digital Network, ieDigital)( dot com) Cash Now for subprime which were either sold or merged or amalgamated and or spawned into a public company. At last count I was involved in one capacity or another with over 150 companies. I’m considered a sophisticated and an accredited investor and do engage in high risk over the top projects if the deal makes sense and as so long a win – win scenario can be realized.Basics
