Dr. Brad Lingenfelter opened the doors of an expanded companion animal medical care facility for A Plus Animal Hospital in January 2011. It offers multiple boarding choices for dogs and cats, all of which feature natural lighting and central air conditioning and heating. The suites for dogs and cats are in separate sections of the facility, and each animal has its own accommodation. A Plus Animal Hospital also offers laboratory testing, surgery, radiology services, and dental care.  The facility also carries Royal Canin, a high-quality pet food, as well as a full inventory of pharmaceuticals and pet supplies.

They value professional development; Dr. Lingenfelter belongs the American Veterinary Medical Association, The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine Alumni Society, and the Nevada Veterinary Medical Association.
