chicken, steaks, seafood, fresh pizzas and pasta, hot and cold

The
owner of Chef Adam’s Catering Service, Adam Dougherty, trained at the
California School of Culinary Arts (now Le Cordon Bleu College of
Culinary Arts) in Los Angeles. As a Chef at the Pasadena Civic
Auditorium, he oversaw catering venues for such events as the Soul Train
Music Awards, the Golden Globe Awards, and the People’s Choice Awards.
