E1 Asset Management Inc.
is a New York-based financial brokerage firm founded in 1998. E1
corporate headquarters are located in the heart of Wall Street, adjacent
to the New York Stock Exchange. E1’s website is www.e1am.com. E1 Asset
Management attempts to maintain a non-biased focus in its trading by not
making markets in any stocks or competing against customer orders by
engaging in proprietary trading. The Financial Industry Regulatory
Authority (FINRA), the State Securities Divisions and the Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC) all serve as E1’s regulators. E1 clears all
transactions through Pershing LLC, a subsidiary of the Bank of New York
Mellon Corporation. E1 Asset Management’s co-founder and President Ron
Itin manages the firm’s strategy, ensuring it maintains its
competitiveness. Before Ron Itin founded E1 Asset Management, he was an
investment professional at several firms. Earning his license in 1994,
the E1 Asset Management co-founder holds a Bachelor’s degree from the
University of Illinois.
