After HebCom Sold assets to Comcast Corporation in 2001, I developed other businesses including CYC Express, a transportation company specializing in pharmaceutical distribution. This included nightly transportation of high security, “chain of custody” pharmaceutical products from Phoenix to Albuquerque and El Paso. Each morning, four tractor trailers (18 wheelers) were unloaded and sorted in Albuquerque and El Paso where they were then delivered to hospitals and pharmacies in southwestern Texas, all of New Mexico and southern Colorado. Customers included two fortune 25 companies in the Medical distribution industry. This company was ultimately merged in with a much larger, Salt Lake City company, American Distribution Centers in June of 2007. I was a partner in the new entity created by the merger until April of 2008. Since leaving the ADC partnership I have re-activated Hebenstreit Communications Corp (HebCom) to take on a new mission involving specialized programming.
