Constance Helgason has addressed the needs of various companies in the areas of business development, sales strategies and improvement, as well as operational efficiency.

Constance Helgason began her sales career at Digital Equipment Corporation. While there, she employed her talents and academic knowledge as a Senior Sales Manager to the McDonnell Douglas Corporation. A significant point of contact between the company and clients, she increased her sales account from roughly $300,000 per year to more than $15 million.

Constance Helgason then joined International Business Machines, or IBM, serving in a sales capacity in the the Data Management Brand as an Americas Alliance Manager for Data Management Sales and as a National Alliance Manager for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Sales. In the former position, Ms. Helgason increased the revenue generated from client-company relationships with Computer Sciences Corporation; Accenture; BearingPoint, Inc.; Deloitte Development LLC; and CapGemini. Collaborating with managing directors, she utilized her extensive knowledge to provide leadership and advice. In the latter position, Ms. Helgason secured commitment agreements for IBM’s ECM products from Deloitte, Capgemini Service, and Computer Sciences Corporation. In comprehending the complexities of each client’s situation, Constance Helgason dedicated her time to ensuring that each customer received a relevant, personalized plan.

Providing the basis for her career, Ms. Helgason graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Valparaiso University. She later enrolled at the University of California, Los Angeles, to pursue graduate studies in finance. These were then supplemented with extensive techinical training at both IBM and DEC (HP).

Today, Ms. Helgason leverages her sales expertise for Windermere Real Estate in Southern California having joined them in March of 2011.
